Problem: 24298 processes, consumes more than 4,000% CPU resources

23529 processes, consumes more than 1000% CPU resources

after the investigation, both of these processes are Weblogic of the Admin Server process (the machine is deployed with two Weblogic domain)

As described in Metalink document 1293502.1, confirmed as bug:8311369, the bug exists on version 9.2.3,10.0.2,10.3.0 and has a solution

4. Problem solving

According to Metalink recommendations, the WebLogic hit p8311369_1002_generic.zip patch, after one months of observation, the problem did not appear again, the CPU from the original duration of 100% drops to less than 10%.
