ThinkpadT43 synchronize PalmTreo650 on Ubuntu through Bluetooth

It is 0.03RMB cheaper per minute than 17951 calls to China! (Of course, you must never believe this reason, well)

We will not discuss how to detach the moden chip from the T43 machine, install the bmdc3 Bluetooth chip, and adjust the data cable. We will introduce it later when you are in a good mood. Now we only assume the following situations:
The Bluetooth hardware has been installed on the notebook and configured successfully in ubuntu;
Both t43 Bluetooth and treo Bluetooth have been enabled.
Then, we will start to confuse the subject:

1. settings on ubuntu LAPTOP:

First, modify the Bluetooth attributes:
Sduo vim/etc/default/bluetooth
(Some of the information I searched indicates that this file should be in/etc/default/bluez-utils. However, I cannot find it anyway. I only know it after reading more documents. It turns out to be/etc/default/bluetooth)
Modify the two codes as follows:
DUND_ENABLED = 1
DUND_OPTIONS = "-- listen -- persist -- msdun call treo"
Here, treo is the name we assume we will connect to the mobile phone in ubuntu. It can be any name that complies with the explicit rules of the linux system. You can set it according to your preferences, for example, chenshuibian.

Then, modify the/etc/ppp/peers/treo file to create a script for dialing the treo650 and t43 laptops. If you name the phone connection as chenshuibian, this is to point to/etc/ppp/peers/chenshuibian
We can see the following lines:

Among them, 115200 is the maximum traffic allowed by the connection, 192.168.1.1 is the computer's gateway IP address, 192.168.1.2 is the IP address set for treo, you can set according to your preferences, make sure they are on the same network. Ms-dns is the same as the dns set in t43. Here I enter the address of my network.

Look at this file, $ sudo cat/etc/bluetooth/hcid. conf
If there are auth enable and encrypt enable, comment out the two lines.

Restart the Bluetooth service of t43
Sudo/etc/init. d/bluetooth restart
