This requires developers to basically be able to grasp the basic grammar of these scripting languages, rather than rush to write their own responsible code, only take the time to sharpen in the actual combat. At the same time I also feel that there is not much communication between the members, and the progress of the project does not have a precise requirements, are time to do, the initiative is not strong, this is a very annoying thing, I am not the project manager has no reason to arrange this arrangement that, of course, this is not to say that the project manager is not responsible, It is the feeling that the team lacks a kind of development enthusiasm, in the discussion group to share some of the dry goods arrangement of some tasks, many times a people respond to have no, very headache, do not know how to do.

Ajax learning always feel some difficulty, it should be the fast-food type of learning to lay the foundation is not strong, spend more time, squeeze a squeeze there will always be.

The rest of the time is not much, now has realized in the background registration and other basic functions.
