I want to burn three RedHatLinux9 installation discs to a DVD. I tried to use UltraISO to open the iso of the first disk, then added the other two files, and saved them as an ISO file of about GB. I tested the installation under VMWare, if the disk is half loaded, a plug-in is prompted, and the attempt fails. Re-Modify the. discinfo file in ISO, or fail; try to modify TRANS. TBL again, or fail, it's really depressing! Is there no way to synthesize a light?

Is there no way to combine a disc for installation? But which of the following friends knows how to modify some files to skip the CD check during installation when it is sold in Linux with a DVD version?
I don't mean to put multiple types of Linux on one disk. I just need a few CDs to complete the installation of Linux on one disk. I don't need to leave the disk during installation and insert another disk! For example, the common Redhat Linux 9 has three disks and the Turbo Linux 10 has two disks. Now I just want to combine these three or two disks!
In fact, it is very simple. The key is two points.
1. The fourth line of the. discinfo file in the root directory of the merged DVD should contain the disks to be installed.
The default value may be 1 or 2, but it must be changed to 1, 2, 3.
2. Remove all TRANS. TBL in the merged DVD.
The specific implementation takes Redhat 9 as an example:
1) Use UltraISO to open the ISO file of the first Redhat Disk
2) use Daemon-Tools to open the ISO file of the second disk and add all the files to the package opened by UltraISO in 1. If the file is overwritten
3) Add the third image in the same way. If you need source code and documents, add the fourth, fifth, and sixth chapter disks.
4) Modify row 4 of the. discinfo file in UltraISO and delete the TRANS. TBL file.
5) Save the modified gb iso file as an ISO file.
It is better to add a 4-digit CD. Modify A. discinfo file as follows:
1083794425.140447
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3
I386
1, 2, 3, 4
RedHat/base
RedHat/RPMS
RedHat/pixmaps
