TP5.1: Introducing external resources into the framework (Css/js/font file)

In order to make our frame form more attractive, we need to add bootstrap and JQ files to the framework

1, through the bootstrap and JQ official website for the download of relevant documents

(2) jq:http://jquery.com/

2. Put the jq file after download into the bootstrap/js folder

3. Copy the JS, CSS, and font folders in bootstrap to the public/static folder in TP5
