Two-dimensional array-php Ajax uses post to pass an array, why does the background only receive partial data?

Why I use the Ajax post method to pass a value, pass a two-dimensional array, a total of 453 sets of data, but the background to accept the page can only receive the first 112, the back of how can not be received.


I limit what I want to achieve is to import Excel data into the MySQL database. I read the Excel data in the Web page is normal, is to write to the database, through the Ajax Pass array to the background, can only receive the previous part of the data. There's nothing in the back?
