The software package has been uploaded to the official software library of the system.
From the latest daily build Version System of Ubuntu 15.10 that has been downloaded, we can confirm that the kernel package version is 4.2.0-7 Based on the upstream Linux kernel 4.2.0 source. According to the information released at the meeting, the Ubuntu Kernel team is currently committed to providing regular kernel updates for Ubuntu 15.10 users, and the maintenance version based on Linux Kernel 4.2 will be released at the same time.
Ubuntu 15.10 will be released on July 15, October 22.
At present, Ubuntu 15.10 desktop and server versions are under development. Any user can download the final Beta version on April 9, September 24, and the official version will be announced around the world on April 9, October 22.
