In the Existing wireless network window, enter Network Name: NUS; Wireless Securit to select WPA2 Enterprise

Enter your network id and password in Identity and password.
Go to https://noc.comp.nus.edu.sg/docs/ase1.pemto download the Certificate and select the Certificate from CA Certificate File.
Click Connect.
The same is true in the library, but I have tried to connect to the library without a certificate.
