Unable to access webserver through IP address, suspected multi-nic configuration problems

Web server cannot be accessed through an IP address. It is suspected that the configuration of multiple NICS is incorrect-Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information. For details, refer to the following. My server is a virtual host with three NICs and three ip addresses. I use/etc/init. d/httpd start started the web service and added the index.html page under/var/www/html. however, through http: // 208.109.100.101without authorization, the content on the index.html page is related to multiple ip configurations, can the prawns help me analyze it?
