Updates for Android SDK and ADT

ADT version is low, causing the XML layout file can not be previewed, the update found that Google was the wall, to find online tricks to solve the problem for the time being.

1. Updates to the SDK:

Modify the https://to HTTP//

The modification method is: In the Android SDK manager->tools-options ... Options interface,
Check "Force https://... sources to be fetched using http://..."!

2. Modify the Host File

In the file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts), add the following lines:
203.208.46.146 www.google.com
203.208.46.146 dl.google.com
203.208.46.146 dl-ssl.google.com

If Win7, you can open Notepad as an administrator and edit the host file above, otherwise there is no save permission.

3. Update ADT:

Enter http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/or https://dl-ssl.google.com/in Help-->install new software--> android/eclipse/

Then after waiting for pending, a new version of ADT is listed and the update is
