Multipart/form-data is to upload binary data
The value of input in the form is passed in 2 , so it is understood that after using this format, the background request will not get the data .
The Enctype property is the format for setting the submission data, specifying the type of encoding the browser uses when sending data back to the server.
Enctype Value:
application/x-www-form-urlencoded: The form data is encoded as a name/value pair. This is the standard (default) encoding format.
Multipart/form-data: The form data is encoded as a message, and each control on the page corresponds to a part of the message.
Text/plain: Form data is encoded in plain text with no controls or formatting characters
