How can the storage and use of files, pictures, software, media, and other resources become more effective when the mobile hard disk or the online network disk is becoming more and more useful?

Today to share with you my document/folder collation rules and experience, my collation rules to have the following:

• Focus on the current

• Reduce the complexity of classification, the classification of dimensions to unify

• Use Search

• Conclusion: Is it necessary to do so?

Let me take a look at these rules in my Dropbox file synchronization example:

First, focus on the current

Files that are currently being followed or are being used are placed directly in the Dropbox sync root directory.

I will now focus on or are using the file, directly to the synchronization network disk or the root directory of the mobile storage device. The benefits are:

1, can quickly see, get these files: I just open the directory, you can see them. We can also let them sort by the modified time, so the most recently used files are always the first one;

2, it is easy to put the file here: Directly drop the file into the root directory, or right-click → send to →dropbox or mobile device, as shown in this:
