The DOM breakpoint feature of the Chrome Developer tool allows you to quickly find JavaScript code that modifies a DOM element.

In the Chrome Developer tool, select the DOM element you want to monitor, right-click, and select Break on->attributes modifications:

You can then see the corresponding breakpoint in the tab of DOM breakpoints:

Then go back to Chrome and the Chrome Developer Tool Debugger will automatically stop where the DOM's properties change:

From the debugger's call context, you can see that the Hide method of line 17th sets the Display:none property to trigger the DOM breakpoint.
