Use jQuery $. get to access local text files

Scenario: When the webpage file .html is opened as a local file (that is, the IE path starts with file: //), you need to access the content of the local text file.
The local file directory is located in the sub-folder of the page file.
Directory structure

| -Data.txt

Upload the contents of data.txt.
