To make your Ubuntu system more secure, please use sudo and su commands with caution.

These two commands represent the highest permission to use the system. Do not abuse them unless necessary. Perform the following operations after installing the Ubuntu system:

Sudo su

After entering the root permission, use the passwd command to set a password for the root user. If this is not done, Ubuntu does not have a password by default, anyone can directly access your file system from the recovery mode without a password, so remember this.

To disable the root account, follow these steps:

Sudo passwd-l root
