VLC Android screenshot and record video (vlc0.9.9)

1. Download the compiled VLC 0.9.9

2. In the project root directory: /android, patch git apply *.patch
3. In the. /ANDROID/VLC, Patch 4. Recompile


When you want to record a video, just use the following interface in Libvlc.java
