Ruby tags define ruby annotations (Chinese phonetic notation or characters). Ruby tags are used with RT tags.
A ruby tag consists of one or more characters (requiring an explanation/pronunciation) and an RT tag that provides that information, as well as an optional RP tag that defines what is displayed when the browser does not support Ruby markup.
Basic syntax:
<Ruby>in<RP>(</RP><RT>Zhong</RT><RP>)</RP>Country<RP>(</RP><RT>Guo</RT><RP>)</RP> </Ruby>
