1. Issue (refusing to install Webpack as a dependency of itself):

Workaround:

There is a file in the directory where you execute the command package.json , and the field in the file is name called webpack .

Just a change of name.

Cause: I named the file directory Webpack, resulting in npm init-y Package.json "name": "Webpack" in the installation of Webpack error, it is recommended that the file directory name can not be randomly taken.
