Log on to the public platform => advanced functions => edit mode => automatic reply-set => keyword auto reply => Add Rules to add the corresponding keyword Auto Reply information, each user who replies to your information will automatically reply to the corresponding information when the relevant content is matched.
Here, full match indicates whether to match the entire keyword. If this parameter is not selected, partial hit of the keyword will also match. For example, if the "public platform" does not fully match, the user input "" can also match.
Note: The maximum number of words for automatic keyword reply is 300. the maximum number of words for automatic keyword reply rules is 200 for authenticated and non-authenticated users. This function currently does not support grouping.
Note: There will be a 5-second response time after setting a keyword reply Rule for hit messages sent by users.
Tips for customizing replies
The user-defined reply permission is now unified. That is to say, the custom reply permissions of common users and authenticated users are the same. That is, up to 200 entries. However, the 200 articles are not clearly stated.
Here I will give you a brief description. In theory, you can create 200 different rules. If the keywords of each rule are not repeated and each rule has only one reply. However, in practice, you will certainly encounter the following scenarios. Let me list them one by one.
(1) Each keyword can have up to five different replies. Although the authority has been relaxed to 200, the maximum number of replies for each keyword is no different.
(2) The rule name is not important. It helps you quickly recognize custom replies you have created. What is your name. Repeat does not matter.
(3) keywords are very important. A custom response only allows a keyword to appear once. Even under different rules. If the same keyword appears, it is automatically replaced by the latest one. Therefore, do not repeat keywords when setting them.
(4) mismatch is different. There is a full match option next to the custom response. Many may not understand the effect of full match. For example, the keyword you set is "Listening to songs ". In the case of full matching, only entering "Listen to songs" will produce results, and "I want to listen to songs" will not produce results. However, if you do not set a full match, either "Listen to songs" or "I want to listen to songs" will produce results. Whether it is a full match or not depends on the effect you want.
(5) The reply is random, and it is also feasible to sort the reply in order. In general, if multiple replies exist in the Set custom reply, they are randomly fed back to the user.
However, I want it to reply in the order I set, can I? Yes, or no. What should I do? I found that if you set "send all replies" in the Custom reply settings, the order in which all replies are sent will remain the same and will be sent to each other in the order you set. In this sense, it is feasible to arrange replies in order, but not to send replies to users several times, but to give feedback to all users at once.
