What are the preparations for Sass? For new Sass users, if they want to use Sass immediately, they still need to make some preparations. Prepare some things around you to start your Sass journey.
(1) first, familiarize yourself with the basic syntax of sass and understand what it can do.
(2) download and install rubby, sass, and the compilation tool koala.
(3) Configure sass syntax support for the editor
(4) install the sass debugging plug-in for the browser. Currently, only the Firefox debugging plug-in-FireSass for firebug is found.
(5) refer to sass official document http://sass-lang.com/docs/yardoc/file.SASS_REFERENCE.html
(6) learn about the sass library. sassCore is recommended for the basic library (which will be introduced later)
(7) create a project and start sass usage
(1) Windows Platform
A. Start Web browser to access https://www.ruby-lang.org/zh_cn/downloads/
B. Move the scroll bar from the drop-down menu to "Ruby on Windows", which is approximately in the middle of the page.
C. Find the "one-step installation" that can be downloaded in this section.
D. Click the link found in step 1 and save it.
E. Check the downloaded Ruby EXE file on the desktop and double-click it to load the installer.
F. If the Windows system prompts the "security error" dialog box, click "run".
G. Follow the prompts to go to the subsequent installation page. Repeat the installation status of the text editor SciTE and FreeRIDE and Ruby Package Manager RubyGems. Unless otherwise specified, Ruby should be installed to the default location
H. It's okay to see "Installation Complete.
(2) Linux platform-All systems have been installed
Sass is a Ruby gem. If you have installed Ruby gems locally, run: gem install sass directly on your command terminal. If koala is available in the future, you do not need to install SASS.
