After more than a month of hard work and joint development, the data center cooperation of our group has finally been completed. As this is the cooperation lead, we need to do more than just the logic of the system, more is to learn to use some tools to express your own ideas and corresponding logic.

I. EA Diagram

Previously, I used EA to draw class diagrams, use cases, and other commonly used diagrams. However, this cooperation will map nine types of diagrams to each type of documents. This requires us to be proficient in using the EA tool, especially as the leader. Here we mainly introduce the creation type and the use of morerels.

We draw these diagrams to express our needs and logic, and to use them in the document. For documents, we can only say that, without the cooperation of the data center, the pictures of which documents are still cloudification. However, as a leader, it is no longer simply a code development system. More people need to utilize the wisdom of a manager. From time schedule to efficient development, they all need a forward-looking macro control.

1. Preparation for development: the development requires integration of methods after a macro understanding of the needs, integrating the same operation methods, and dividing the system into sections. After the basic integration is completed, check whether there are any omissions.

2. allocate tasks reasonably and conduct centralized development. Development systems must be centrally developed to prevent delays. The longer the front line, the more tired the psychology, and the lower the development efficiency. Therefore, once the development time and task are determined, the team should complete the development as soon as possible, so that we can complete the system development before the enthusiasm of the development system disappears.

In this IDC cooperation, I learned not only some system knowledge, but also a kind of experience for myself, especially the ability to manage and coordinate as the team lead, from the very moment of grouping, it is destined to be the same front, so we must work together to strive for the same goal.

The process is very difficult, but it is very tough. I always feel that I am growing a lot, but at the end of the day, I realized that I can't write the beauty in it.
