D. in windows, vmnet8 maps to the real Nic, sets the IP address of vmnet8 to the address of the same network as the real Nic, and sets the IP address of vmnet8 in the same way as that of the linux network. linux.

VMware enables NAT access

1. Set VMnet8 to automatically obtain IP addresses, automatically obtain DNS servers, and enable it.
2. set the "local connection" of the operating system in your virtual machine to automatically obtain the IP address and DNS server (in the virtual machine, right-click "Local Connection"-double-click "Internet Protocol ", let's see if it's automatic! Change the fixed IP address here !)
3. Of course, the VM's Internet access method is selected as NAT.
Right-click the virtual machine you want to set and select "set" (because there are more than one virtual machine), select "Ethernet" in "hardware", and change the network connection on the right to "NAT-OK.
4. click "edit" in the menu bar and select "Virtual Network Settings". Remove the "Automatic bridging" and select "DHCP" to enable the DHCP service, click "start"-application, and then enable the "NAT" function in the same way.
5. The two most important services must be enabled: VMware DHCP Service and VMware NAT Service.
The procedure is as follows: Start --- set -- Control Panel --- management tools --- Service to ensure that the VMware DHCP Service and VMware NAT Service have been started.
P.S. In fact, the Host access method is quite complex, residential broadband, self-connection to the router using the homeshare proxy to access the Internet. It seems that the NAT method is quite useful. As long as the Host can access the Internet, VMware will be able to access the Internet with a little setup.
