Enter the registration form

Modify or add the following DWORD key value in the registry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters]-TcpTimedWaitDelay

Limit the maximum time that is in the TIME_WAIT state. The default is 240 seconds, with a minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of 300 seconds. The recommended setting is 30 seconds.
