Windows platform MySQL free install version use steps

1.Mysql official website Download: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/

Unzip it, please.

2. Copy the My-default.ini file, rename it to My.ini, and add the basic content:

Basedir = d:/mysql-5.6.26
DataDir = D:/mysql-5.6.26/data
Character-set-server=utf8

3. Will D:\mysql-5.6.26\bin; Add to environment variables for easy lookup of programs under command line.

4. Execute under command line:

<1> Open the console: Mysqld-console

<2> Registration Service: mysqld Install

<3> Startup services: net start MySQL or sc start MySQL (Window service startup)

<4> Check if the service is registered successfully, and if it fails, remove: mysqld Remove or sc delete MySQL (Window service delete)

<5> login MySQL, the initial password is empty: Mysql-u root-p
