Write a Perl script for sending the remote MySQL command

To write some scripts that simplify administrative operations, here is one of the underlying scripts.

For a person who has never used a Perl script, it is still a bit difficult for me to go directly to the code.

This script is used to send the remote MySQL command and receive the result, the function is relatively simple, the later will gradually improve.
