XHTML three types of elements: block-level elements/inline elements/mutable elements
Block-level elements: a single row, customizable own width and height, as a container for other elements, can accommodate other inline elements and block-level elements, to make a box.
Inline elements: Always in-line display, cannot set the width height, the width is supported by the content, can be defined padding/margin/border/background.
mutable element: Determines whether a block-level element or an inline element is determined by context.
Note: Transformations can be implemented between different element types through the display property.
Example:
Block-level elements: div/h1/p/form/hr/ifrom/...
Inline elements: span/i/em/b/strong/...
Variable elements: applet/button/del/iframe/ins/map/object/script/...
Element conversions:
display:none/block/inline/inline-block/table-cell/list-item/...
