If the path is/console/migrations/m130524_201442_init.php This file defines a user table of SQL, we want to execute this SQL to generate the data table, run:
Yii Migrate console/migrations/m130524_201442_init.php
Migrate is a command that YII uses for data migration, which is just one of the uses.
