Chen Kihua, head of Chinalco overseas business

Aluminum (601600)　　SH/02600.HK October 30 announced that the Executive Director, Vice President, Financial Controller and the head of the overseas business sector Chen Kihua has resigned from the above positions, effective October 28.　　Chinalco said in the announcement that Chen Kihua resigned for personal reasons and had no disagreement with the board of Directors of the company. Chinalco has not announced a successor to Chen Kihua. After Chen Kihua resigned, Chinalco's executive directors included Xiong, Jianchuan and Liu Xiangmin.　　Chinalco is currently responsible for Ludongliang accounting institutions. Ltd.　　At the end of June this year, Chinalco has just appointed Chen Kihua to replace Mr Wang as the head of Chinalco's overseas business sector. Chinalco lost 118 million yuan in the third quarter, with a net profit of 21.26 million yuan over the same period last year. In the second quarter, Aluminum lost 96 million yuan and the third quarter continued to expand.　　Chinalco is confident of turning its losses this year. Chinalco A A-shares closed at 12.87 yuan/share, fell 2.05%,h shares in 7.36/share of the Hong Kong dollar, Rose 0.27%.
