According to the Japanese Daily news website November 30, Japan's largest foreign trading company confirmed yesterday that China's exports of rare earths to Japan have reopened.  According to the two trading firms, 27th from Tianjin and Shanghai, 28th from Shanghai, loading a total of 66 tons of rare earth three carriers have been out of Hong Kong, is expected to arrive in Japan December 4.
