[Goodspeed] Thank you for your question, I would like to say the function of the export management of rare earths in the Ministry of Commerce, Minister of Commerce Chen Deming has made a lot of exposition on this issue on different occasions, I would like to introduce the situation from the industry management perspective of the rare earth industry. China is the world's largest producer and exporter of rare earths. The identified reserves of rare earth resources accounted for 55.7% of the world, exports accounted for more than 90% of the international market share. In the past production process of rare earths in China, there are a series of problems, such as extensive way of development, serious waste of resources and so on, especially some enterprises have weak environmental awareness and serious environmental pollution. In response to this situation, China's mining, production and trade in rare earths have been administered in an orderly manner, which conforms to the WTO rules, and China's Rare-earth production applications and exports should consider both the promotion of economic development and the protection of resources and environment and other factors. China will not use rare earths as a bargaining tool, and China hopes to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation with countries in the use of Rare-earth resources in cooperation, development and mutual win, while protecting such a non-renewable resource.
