May 19 (Bloomberg) - David Byttow, founder and CEO of the US anonymous social application Secret, told Tencent today that China's "secret" of its kind has copied Secret. But he did not respond to Secret whether to report "secret" plagiarism to the Apple App Store.
Apple on May 8 to "secret" from the App Store in the shelves, has not been restored. Because "secrets" are very similar to Secret in terms of interface and function, it is due to Secret's complaint that the outside world speculated that "secrets" were being shelved.
Bitito said Secret is currently focused on creating a product that is suitable for the global market, and China is also their key market.
Bitito told Tencent Technologies that they started to develop Secret last year and officially landed on the App Store on January 30 this year. "Then Secret was created as a copycat of Secret."
The anonymous social application "Secrets" developed by the domestic no-search team was first released on the Android platform and attracted the attention of venture capitalists and Internet practitioners. Then there is no release of the "secret" version of iOS, and in the App Store leaderboard achieved good results.
