Yunnan copper Industry (000878) 12th, the Yunnan provincial SASAC intends to transfer 2% of its shares in the Cloud Copper holdings to Chinalco. After the completion of the transfer, Chinalco will hold 51% per cent of the cloud copper group, Yunnan Sasac holds 31.6% per cent of cloud copper group, and Yunnan Industrial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. holds 17.4% per cent of the cloud copper group. Since the copper group owns 54.3% of Yunnan Copper, the company has become the actual controller of Yunnan copper industry.
