China's commercial housing sales fell 8.6% year-on-year in August

Statistical data released September 10 by the National Bureau of Statistics show that this August, the National commercial housing sales of 353.3 billion yuan, down 8.6% year-on-year, room sales area of 68.86 million square meters, down 10.1%.　　August 2010, the country 70 large and medium cities housing sales price rose 9.3% Year-on-year, the increase is 1% smaller than July;　　Statistics also show that January-August this year, the National commercial housing sales of 2.64 trillion yuan, an increase of 12.6%, the increase than in January-July fell 4.2%; January-August, the National commercial housing sales area of 527 million square meters, the year-on-year increase of 6.7%, the increase than January-July fell 3%.　　August Real Estate development investment for 449 billion yuan, an increase of 34.1%, January-August real estate development investment amounted to 2.8355 trillion yuan, an increase of 36.7%. In August, the National Real Estate Development index was 104.11, down 0.60 points from July, up 4.03 points from a year earlier.
