China's top 100 Corporate Social Responsibility index of the development phase of the 300 evaluated enterprises, only China Ocean Transportation (Group) Corporation 1 companies scored more than 80 points, at the level of excellence. 13 companies scored in 60~80, at the leading level. 33 companies scored 40-60 points in the catch-up phase. 35 companies scored 20-40 points in the starting stage.　　The Social Responsibility Development Index of 218 Enterprises is below 20 cent, still in the Spectator stage (of which 38 enterprises have to be divided into 0 or negative), these enterprises ' social responsibility management system is not perfect, social responsibility information disclosure is scarce. The top ten companies in the social Responsibility Development Index are: China Ocean Shipping (Group) corporation, China Mobile Communications Group, State Grid Corporation, China Datang Corporation, Baosteel Group Co., Ltd., China Southern Power Grid Co., Sinopec, China Petrochemical Corporation, Industrial Bank Limited, China Huaneng Group Corporation, China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd.
