China's mergers and acquisitions deal reached 83.6 billion dollars this year

Pengfeili, deputy director of UBS Securities Investment Bank, said July 8 at the China Mergers and acquisitions market Analysis meeting, as of July 5, the total amount of Chinese mergers and acquisitions this year has reached 83.625 billion U.S. dollars, is expected to have a lot of room for growth in the future. "Although it is uncertain whether it will reach the 2008-year level, it is expected to surpass the 2009-year level this year," said Pengfeili, which now accounts for only 8.1% of the global total, and is expected to have much room for growth in the future.　　In 2009, the total volume of Chinese mergers and acquisitions reached 137.175 billion U.S. dollars. Data show that this year, the merger has reached 41.898 billion U.S. dollars, outbound mergers and acquisitions reached 32.362 billion U.S. dollars, the merger between domestic enterprises reached 9.365 billion U.S. dollars.　　Among them, the first half of the Chinese enterprises outbound mergers and acquisitions have been close to the level of last year, showing that Chinese enterprises overseas expansion is increasingly strong. Pengfeili said, "China is an important industrial economy, expanding overseas and corporate acquisition is an inevitable trend."　　This will help Chinese companies find better platforms, products and technology advantages.　　UBS Securities predicts that as the economy recovers in the second half of the year, Chinese companies will have sustained strong market growth in outbound mergers, more countries and regions will accept capital from China, and Chinese companies will be more involved in mergers and acquisitions. From the industry classification of mergers and acquisitions, Pengfeili said, "as China's demand for agricultural products will become more and more vigorous, the process of urbanization will make the supply of domestic agricultural productivity appear to be in short supply."　　Therefore, it is expected that the future acquisition of resource types of mergers and acquisitions will continue to expand. UBS Securities estimates that outbound mergers and acquisitions in the second half will focus on industries such as agriculture, natural resources, commodities, industry and automobiles, where mergers and acquisitions will focus on healthcare, consumer goods, retail, clean energy, and mergers and acquisitions between domestic firms will focus on steel, cement and aviation.
