From the perspective of performance and composition, the Blue Book compares the competitiveness and changes of China, the United States, Sino-Japanese, Sino-Indian and Central Africa in detail. Compared with the United States, the overall competitive advantage of the U.S. is still large, most of which lead China, especially in the economic structure, global links and other advantages more obvious. However, China has also begun to surpass the United States in a number of areas, such as economic growth, demand potential and domestic and foreign economic relations, to gain a competitive advantage. China currently has a slightly stronger national competitiveness than India, while India is leading China in some areas. Before 2000, China and India had a comparable level of national competitiveness, rapid adjustment at the end of the century, and a rapid rise in national competitiveness, especially after 2004 years, when the gap between the two countries began to grow.
