Building a cloud center requires strong cloud computing technology support, adequate and inexpensive energy supply, and a broad consumer application market. Cloud computing is to meet the "service and application" came into being, some areas "before ignoring", not with the market demand to connect hastily launched the cloud center, and there is a "heavy hardware, light software" trend. Without key cohesion, such as the use of business models, China could have a lot of idle cloud centers in two or three years, and a costly server could be the obsolete "e-waste".

In addition, the development of cloud computing in individual areas shows signs of "deviation", some change the name of the cloud computing industry Park, and even the banner of cloud computing to engage in real estate development and MLM case. Some multinational companies mislead some local governments for profit and promote expensive servers, which makes it difficult for domestic servers with low price and sufficient capability to get attention. In fact, the cloud development model of successful enterprises such as Google, is the use of software and network to the vast number of small computing capacity of the server to connect to play the "integration effect", the magic weapon, is a lot of hardware, but the unit price is low, not the more expensive the better.

During the development of cloud computing industry, there are still some problems to be solved: first, cloud computing industry guidance mechanism to be straightened out, China's social management and public services and other areas of potential cloud computing applications need to be very large, but in practice, we still need to solve the government coordination, open sharing of government information resources, Government outsourcing and other institutional mechanisms. Second, the industrial planning and management of the lack of refinement, the current number of local cloud computing related policies mostly stay in the overall planning, action plan level, inevitably exist policy measures extensive, "a one-size-fits-all" situation. Third, the lack of industry standards to be filled, China's cloud industry is still lack of unified technology and operating standards, restricting the healthy development of the industry. Four is the weak industrial base, compared with foreign enterprises, China's cloud computing enterprises do not have the scale advantage, and research and development capacity and profitability are weaker. Five is the shortage of talent to restrict bottlenecks, the domestic cloud training has just started, university education and domestic institutions of the research has just begun, "Rice cooking" enterprises difficult to recruit talent.

The development of cloud computing industry is the performance of seizing the opportunity of technology industry, but if blindly and disorderly development will hurt the industry itself. Cloud computing is not "tang", and anyone who eats it can live forever. How to develop needs to focus on long-term, scientific advancement.
