Big data is not the point

Mr. Zhang Dagang also expressed his views on the current hot and big data in the industry. He pointed out that the current large data has several concepts, one is how to manage a large number of binary files, one is large capacity database, one is large capacity files. He does not think that the data is big or big. At present, it is difficult for the industry to put some data, especially images, video and other binary data data into the database system, mainly because it can not be indexed after the deposit. Indexes are created by fields and indexes. Once the enterprise will deposit these data, it will bring low efficiency and unfavorable to management.

Asked whether the big data is the future direction of progress companies, Mr Zhang Dagang says big data is indeed a trend, but not a progress focus. Mr Zhang Dagang said: Progress products can be fully linked to large data-related products such as Hadoop.
