Great Wall Development shares Annes optical communication received 30 million yuan investment income

Great Wall Development (000021) August 11 announced that the company's wholly owned subsidiary Development Technology (Hong Kong) Limited shares 32.72% of the shareholding company Annes Optical Communications Group (0877.　　HK) Released interim results, its January-June earnings will enable the Great Wall development to obtain investment income of 29.75 million yuan, accounting for the Great Wall Development 2009 net profit of 11.5%. According to the introduction, Annes optical communication is by Annes Optical Communications Co., Ltd., the original shareholders of its Annes information Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Annes Information Technology (Hong Kong) Limited assets into the establishment of the entire asset restructuring process, the development of Hong Kong shareholding ratio of 46% remain unchanged.　　After reorganization, the company is mainly engaged in the development and manufacture of optical communication products. April 29, 2010, Annes Optical Communications in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the main board listing, the exercise of excess equity, the shareholding is 253 million shares, the shareholding ratio of 32.72%.
