Hong Kong, November 29 (Xinhua Li Haiyuan) The financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr John Tsang, said the economy remained buoyant, thus raising the forecast for real economic growth to 6.5% this year. He noted that Hong Kong's economy remained buoyant in the third quarter of this year, with a notable increase of 6.8% in the third quarter. The sustained and comprehensive recovery of the economy has benefited mainly from the vigorous growth of the mainland and Asian economies. At present, the level of GDP has exceeded the high of 2.3% before the financial crisis.
