Lin said that in order to achieve the cloud computing vision, on the one hand, Microsoft has integrated its nearly 30 years of software experience, to provide users with a full range of services to the cloud transition. She said that since 1994, Microsoft has been doing a large number of MSN Internet Services, and now, there are Bing, Hotmail, Windows Live, as well as a series of cloud computing products such as Office365.

On the other hand, Microsoft has been committed to providing business users with their own choices, the entire Microsoft Cloud Computing Strategy system is divided into three major levels: public cloud, private cloud and mixed cloud. First, use cloud computing to enhance it flexibility. For example, a fast-moving consumer company that needs new applications to attract consumers is critical to its support in addition to marketing strategies, especially through internet marketing. In the era of cloud computing, there is no need to buy a server or to buy a series of storage networks, just take the resources from the cloud platform and develop a small application. It may take a week to turn the idea of the business into a reality.

For example, a factory, when a product line is particularly good, and another product line is particularly bad needs to quickly change the production line. On the one hand, logistics and production management needs to be transferred, on the other hand, it is also necessary to quickly move the IT resources of a production line to the B production line, this time it flexibility is critical.

Second, economies of scale. For an enterprise, especially in the mature period, need to seek some changes, this time the efficiency and development are both equal. How can we provide IT resources more efficiently and with less cost? The cloud computing model has a great effect on this. The public cloud can bring the needs of countless enterprises together, give full play to economies of scale, private cloud to the departmental level of servers, departmental level of IT resources to be integrated into the company level to use, also played a certain scale economic benefits.

Third, focus. IT staff no longer have to focus on whether the server is going down, whether the entire IT service is fluent, whether it's going to be installed, whether it's going to expand the network, etc., they don't have to spend too much time on IT operations, but instead focus on how to better support the business, like data mining.
