This is the second time the company filed 337 investigation applications, and increased Taiwan Asia-Pacific Systems Co., Ltd. as the defendant. The Commerce ministry said it was the 5th of 337 investigations by U.S. companies in China this year. It is expected that the United States will be formally on June 25 to investigate the case, the investigation is generally completed within 18 months, a case can be all suspected infringing enterprises as defendants.
