Hui Liangyu pointed out that "Twelve-Five" during the period, China still faces the "not rich first old" basic national conditions, the aging population, the elderly, empty nest will be further accelerated, the development of the elderly cause of the "Twelve-Five" plan, the current and future period of aging work, is a major issue and important matters. To be based on the current, focus on the long-term, efforts to promote the "six system" construction: first, we should focus on building the strategy system of aging, strengthen strategic thinking, from the material, spirit, system and system, mechanism, etc. to deal with the all-round preparation of population aging. Four, we should focus on building the health support system for the elderly, vigorously promote the concept of healthy aging, vigorously develop the education of the elderly, and accelerate the construction of elderly medical services, and continuously improve the life quality of the elderly.
