ICBC Asia (00349. Hong Kong announced on the evening of November 9 that the company's privatization programme had been approved by a minority shareholder at a court meeting and that a special resolution presented at a special general meeting had been approved by shareholders.　　According to the plan, the company's shares are expected to withdraw from the HKEx by 9:30 or before December 21 (Tuesday), and the company says the expected deadline for trading of shares in HKEx is December 13. The company has applied for shares from the HKEx to resume trading from 9:30 on November 10 (Wednesday).
