The survey of 485 IT experts revealed that most IT experts believe that ERP, CRM, and other supply chain management software systems are too expensive and that it is difficult to implement these management software applications in their day-to-day work. Most IT experts also believe that the next generation of enterprise management software is not much simpler than the current popular software program. Although service-oriented architecture software currently has a lot of market space, many companies have not yet used software applications as a tool to provide services to customers or to manage day-to-day enterprise business processes, but it experts who are rarely surveyed consider service-oriented architecture software (SOA), software as service Architecture software (SaaS), Business process modeling Software (BPM) can really help businesses reduce the burden of day-to-day operations.

At present, enterprise software provider products are based on their own software research and development capabilities and security capabilities, the software system and service systems and cloud computing services system to develop enterprise software products.
