Minsheng Bank to send $15 billion sub-debt in the year

At the end of June this year, Minsheng Bank's capital adequacy ratio was 10.77%, down 0.06% from the end of last year, with a core capital adequacy ratio of 8.32%, down 0.6% from the end of last year, close to the regulatory red line. Shanping said it was considering issuing 15 billion yuan of subordinated debt this year to supplement its subsidiary capital, and expected capital adequacy ratios to meet business development requirements.　　He also said that this year and next year Minsheng Bank's capital adequacy target is to meet the regulatory requirements. Minsheng Bank Management said that the bank to the end of next year, the bank letter cooperation type of financing within 15 billion yuan, and estimated to be included in the table only 10 billion yuan. Therefore, the bank credit management assets "from the table outside the table" on the company's asset size, capital, profits are not significant.　　In addition, Minsheng Bank in the first half of this year has successfully controlled the loan-to-deposit ratio within 75%, management believes that the second half can maintain this level.
