Mofcom: China treats domestic and foreign enterprises equally

In the course of these policies, the Chinese government will adhere to the principle of openness and transparency as an important means to ensure the effectiveness of implementation.　　In the process of related project construction, we insist on open tendering and bidding to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, which provides a fair opportunity for all kinds of enterprises, including foreign-invested enterprises.　　Jiang Yaoping also provides a set of data: In 2009, in China, 12,439 Mechanical and electrical products in the international bidding procurement project, foreign-funded enterprises participated in 8,863 projects, the successful bidder 6,887 projects, accounting for 55.4% of the total number of projects. "This figure amply demonstrates that China has provided a level playing field in full compliance with the principle of openness and transparency throughout the project."
