China Economic network Beijing February 23 (reporter Zhu Zinjin) According to China's economic boom Monitoring Center and the Nielsen company conducted the Chinese consumer confidence survey, 2010 years of the four-year Chinese consumer confidence index of 100, compared to the third quarter fell 4 points.  For the next 12 months of personal income, the four-quarter expected positive consumer ratio of 62%, a decline of 2% than the third quarter, compared to the current income satisfaction of the proportion of consumers higher than 14%, the gap between the two narrowed by 4%. Rural consumers have more confidence in income growth than in urban and rural areas. The rural sector is 65% more optimistic about future earnings, up 3% from the third quarter.  Confidence in urban consumer incomes is slightly lower than in rural areas, with 61%, 65%, 56% and 61% of the expected optimists in the first, second, third, and four-tier cities, respectively, with an increase of 15, 11, 8 and 11%, compared with the current income satisfaction. In the region, consumers in the east have the highest optimism for future earnings, reaching 66%, up 11% per cent from the current level of satisfaction. The proportion of consumers expected to improve in the western region is 57%, which is 27% higher than the current income satisfaction, and the biggest increase in the regions.  The proportion of consumers in the central and northeastern regions was 63% and 54% respectively, compared with the current satisfaction of 9 and 8% respectively. In terms of income groups, higher-income consumers are more confident. Of these, 74% of high-income consumers and 66% of middle-income consumers are optimistic about future earnings, although they are down 3% from the third quarter, but are 10% more satisfied than they are, while low-income households are expected to have a positive share of 50%, up 1% from the third quarter,  23% higher than the current income satisfaction. According to the age group, as the age increases, consumers ' expectation of income is decreasing. Among them, optimistic consumers under the age of 30 were the highest, reaching 69%, up 2% from the third quarter, and 40-49, 50-59 and 64%-year-olds, 30-39-year-olds, 60%-years-old, respectively, optimistic about earnings forecasts.
