The report said that the current consumption demand and economic growth still maintain a basic synchronization of the characteristics of the expansion of consumption on the one hand should focus on the further expansion and stimulation of rural consumption, China's rural consumption growth rate has been 4 consecutive months faster than urban consumption, under the policy role of this growth pattern is expected to continue　　On the other hand, in promoting the upgrading of consumption structure, the current urban consumption structure upgrade is still the most important impetus to lead consumption growth. In the policy of expanding consumption, the report suggested that the reasonable return of house prices should be urged, and the local government should pay discount or transfer payment for subsidized housing, raise the standard of housing monetary subsidy in the wages, stabilize the development of the automobile market, gradually abolish the charge of toll road and bridge fee, encourage the development and use of new energy vehicles; "and other policies to encourage and support farmers to improve housing conditions.
