National Yuan Securities to provide intermediary business qualification for futures companies

National Yuan Securities said that the company has received the CSRC "on the approval of the State Yuan Securities Co., Ltd. for futures companies to provide intermediary business qualification of the official reply" (license [2010]1612), approved by the company for the Yuan Hai Qin Futures Limited to provide the intermediary business qualification, the company will be in strict accordance with the　　Securities companies to provide intermediate introduction of the business trial measures, and other relevant provisions engaged in intermediary business. The three quarterly bulletin shows that the company was affected by the operating environment, the first three quarters of the total net profit of 673 million yuan, the year-on-year decline of 13.86%.　　Among them, the third quarter net profit is 251 million yuan, fell 21.5%. By the end of September, the total assets of the National Yuan securities amounted to 25.48 billion yuan, down 13.29% from the end of last year. Three quarters of the company to achieve earnings per share of 0.13 yuan, down 40.91%, the first three quarters earnings per share of 0.34 yuan, down 35.85%.
